Terms and Conditions

Wet / inclement weather  

• Cruises cancelled due to wet / inclement weather will be rescheduled wherever possible. If rescheduling is not possible, the following refunds apply for weather related cancellations:

1. Standard cruises  - full refund less any credit card fees charged (if applicable).
2. Wedding charters – 75% refund.
3. Sandbar picnics – full refund on the Noosa Dreamboats cruise component less a $50 administration fee and any catering charges that cannot be recouped.
4. Cruise and spa and cruise and restaurant packages – full refund on the Noosa Dreamboats cruise component less a $50 administration fee. No refund on the other suppliers’ components, which can still be provided regardless of the weather.

Cancellations by customer

• Standard cruises:

1. Within 3-7 days of departure, 85% refund.
2. Within 48 hrs of departure, no refund.
3. Failure to board, no refund.

• Wedding cruises:
